  I really can't find any words to describe how beautiful this journey was not to mention that our amazing guide Emina Koso who made it even better with her hospitality and her knowledge of the historical places and she can talk in arabic very good.

  Very nice experience as this is my first time to see water falls..the weather was refreshing and the views were breathtaking .Our lovely guide Emina Koso helped us taking very beautiful photos as she pointed best places to take them.Also Emina was very generous in explaining the history of the places we visited.

  We booked this tour directly at the agency the day before. Everything was organised on the spot smoothly. Our excursion guide, Safet, is a knowledgeable gentleman and artist that gave us lots of context and background of Bosnian history and the links between the past and the present. We learned a lot through thoughtful conversations and taking time to reflect on the natural sights, the monuments, the symbols and the places. We had coffee breaks in beautiful and special cafés that added to the enjoyment of the journey. Safet was also extremely kind to take us to one of the best cheese shops in the country, in Travnik, were we did buy great produce that we are now enjoying back home. We ate also at the best Burek place in Travnik. The long car rides were accompanied with special music and Safet's comments on the links to Bosnia and the war times. Thank you to Insider City Tours & Excursions and Safet for this special day and journey through BiH. We wish you much continued success.

  I am travelling alone and booked a tour with another company but they cancelled on me because there were not enough participants. Then I booked the tour with Insider Ltd. At the meeting point it turned out I was the only participant for this tour. So happy Insider Ltd. didn't cancel on me too. Pretty sure the tour company barely made any money off the tour with only one participant. The tour itself was great. It's a long drive but the bosnian landscape is beautiful, so definitely worth it. Really enjoyed the conversations I had with tour guide Safet. He had a lot of knowledge about the places we visited. He shared a lot of interesting information about the bosnian history and culture and his personal life and memories as well. The medieval town Travnik and its castle, the city Jajce and its waterfall, the Pliva Lakes with the watermills, all places were absolutely beautiful. Because I was the only participant of the tour Safet told me I could look around as long as I wanted. No time schedule, the only thing that was important was that I had a good time. He asked me if I wanted to see more of Bosnia and even arranged some extra stops for me with more interesting things to see. So we returned back to Sarajevo hours later then planned, no extra charge. I really had a great time and highly recommend booking a tour with Insider Ltd. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!!!

  Amazing nature, wow roads, untouched forests, lake and waterfalls during our tour. This was all splendid, hard to describe its beauties. Emina Koso knows the best in this area, her energy even makes us more energetic :) These are places a humankind must see one day. We probably will come back to Bosnia later for sure to explore more.   We visited a couple of beautiful cities in the north like Travnik and Jajce, where we managed to see fabulous fortresses and natural scenes, and finally we visited the waterfalls which is it a must see!! Our guide Amer was very kind and informative, he was kind and flexible and made sure we enjoyed the trip.
