A pleasant and well-organized trip that fully met all the conditions stated in the offer. Hot drinks, grilling over an open fire, and biscuits were provided.

The trip was worthwhile as we did find and see the Northern Lights eventually. Our guide Martin is obviously an expert in where to find the phenomenon. However, his logistical skill leave a lot to be desired. He should have an assistant to organise the boarding of the bus(60 minutes) and comfort breaks(2x 40 minutes). There is a toilet on the bus so need to allow everyone off to buy snacks twice. Happy we saw the Aurora but would use an alternative company next time.

Both guides and our driver, Martin, were outstanding—extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stop at the top of the Fjord, and experienced a breathtaking four hour northern lights display, said to be the best in years. Having shelter, hot drinks, toilet and the opportunity to cook sausages made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this Trip.

Everything was great. We drove to several Islands and visited beautiful fjords. Our guides ware really kind. They explained everything to us in detail during the drive. They took beautiful pictures and sent them to us by email within 3-4 days.Hot drinks and a fire with a view of the aurora borealis is something I will never forget. Hello Tromso thank you for that!

I loved this tour went with my friend as we did shifts with our baby at our accommodation so we booked this tour twice once for my husband and my friend’s husband and then for us. The tour turned out to be amazing experience the guides were awesome both Nicholas and the lady made sure we feel comfortable and enjoy the Aurora to the fullest. They take plenty of photos so we could have fun. Hot drinks and bonnfire were also part of it all in all a great tour

During the bus ride, we were told there would be an active chase for the aurora. However, it quickly became obvious that there was no real intention to move locations. We stayed in only one spot, where the aurora was barely visible, while other buses relocated multiple times to improve their chances. Instead, we were stuck waiting for the guides—who appeared quite amateur—to finish taking photos. They prioritized photography over giving us another opportunity for better sightings. The photo session was also poorly managed: they spent excessive time on some guests, rushed others, and there was no clear queue, which made the process feel disorganized and unfair. Another inconvenience was that we were not allowed to use the toilet while the bus was moving. This created an unnecessary queue when we finally stopped, and we were even given a time limit because the driver needed to switch off the lights to spot the aurora. Since the toilet cannot operate when the bus is off, this added even more stress and discomfort. Right after we left Tromsø, I asked the guide to confirm whether thermal suits would be provided, as I wasn’t feeling well and appropriate clothing would have helped during the prolonged exposure to the cold. The guide simply said, “Yes, we have suits,” but never followed up, never asked who needed them, and never offered them even when we reached the viewing site. Once we arrived, the guides became fully absorbed in their cameras and taking photos, rather than supporting the guests or improving our chances of seeing the aurora. I have seen photos from other tourists who went out on the same night and had much better sightings because their tours moved to two or three different locations. Next time, I would definitely choose a minibus or van tour. One of the excuses we were given for not moving to another location was “parking issues,” which is not acceptable given that the entire purpose of an aurora chase is to actually chase the aurora.

A complete rip-off. The guide was filthy, apparently hadn't washed in days, and smelled awful. They didn't allow us to use the restroom on the bus; we stopped at a gas station convenience store, wasting time. They didn't provide appropriate clothing for the weather, the coffee was very limited, and the promised campfire was on the side of the road.here were no supplies for everyone to eat; the entire trip only yielded one small cup of coffee. The photo of the halo was terrible. They made us walk on ice for a long time, and many people fell and were seriously injured. In short, a complete rip-off.

Nikolai and Kirstine were amazing, the tour involved a place with literally zero light pollution and the northern lights were super clear
