I was initially worried because the forecast showed heavy clouds and snow, but our guide was determined to find a clear patch of sky. They drove us further out than expected, and thanks to their expertise, we ended up with a stunning view of the Aurora! The small group size made a huge difference, it felt more personal and the guide could really look after everyone. It wasn't just a "drive and drop" tour, they genuinely cared about us seeing the lights. If you want a team that goes the extra mile even when the weather isn’t on your side, this is the one. Highly recommended!

This is one of the experiences in my bucket list. It was very exciting to see the small bus arrives at the exact time and a small group of people run end get to their seats rapidly (they were excited). The driver try catching the lights for a while and then suddenly he stops saying there they are. We run out of the bus and saw this spectacular show of lights. I myself was amazed and grateful for being able to live this beautiful experience. At this special moment they took a photo of each one in the group so we can to remember this spectacular experience. We stay there until they were gone and then we went looking for more. The next stop we saw more lights but at the moment it was so cold they gave us hot chocolate and hot dogs. I’m grateful to the driver and company that make this such a great experience

The guide was very nice and good. We saw some very beautiful Nothern lights dancing, white, green and pink. They made a pretty bonfire, they even had vegetarian hot dog and hot chocolate. He take some very good pictures.

The guide was very good and nice. We saw some very beautiful dancing Northern lights, green, white ans pink. They made a pretty bonfire and had even vegetarian hot dog and a nice hot chocolate.

Our tour was so great! We were able to see the lights thankfully, our tour guide Dag was the best! He was really knowledgeable and answered all our questions and told us fun facts on the bus. Would really recommend this tour!

The aurora borealis were bad to see, the location was bad and the area not so exceptional. The fire was small for so many people and the photos left much to be desired. Very disappointing.

What an experience we had with Martin, an easy-going, funny and very competent guide. They are a local business so they know a lot about the area and the best places to see the northern lights: we stopped several times, our heads turned up to the sky to admire the show going on, with beautiful green and purple colors in the sky (the weather on that day was perfect). It was magical! I have been dreaming about seeing the northern lights for years and with Martin this dream came true, an exciting and magic experience, and it felt like we had known him forever. And of course we will never forget our faces in the snow! Then we had dinner at a cabin on the coast: hot dogs, hot drinks and cookies. We booked directly on their website to get a 10% off because we booked a second tour with them and I think it was a good price compared to other agencies and, above all, we really enjoyed our time! If you are looking for a northern lights tour, Hello Tromso will not disappoint you!

We had a very good time on this trip. Not only was our guide very friendly but also the minibus was clean and comfortable. We did saw northern lights and it was magical.
