The Try Scuba Diving Experience in Galway is the only try scuba experience in Ireland that takes place on one of two known Coral Strands in Ireland.

The crystal clear waters and abundance of wildlife and seagrass along with friendly professional instructors to look after you makes for an experience you will never forget!

What To Expect

Spend a morning completing a Try Scuba session in the confined areas of Trá an Dóilín to a max of 2m. Here we introduce you to the basic principles of scuba and you experience your first underwater breathes in a controlled shallow salt water environment with an abundance of marine life. In the 4 hour packages, you will take a short break out of the water followed by an underwater adventure exploring the shallows of coral beach and witnessing the variety of marine life that live there including crabs, fish, corals, and small sharks
