What To Expect
We will meet in old city of Istanbul, in front of Sirkeci Tram Station/Orient Express We will show you some hidden spots in old Istanbul. We will try a very local street food and high quality Turkish delights. Our private van will pick up us, we will get away from the touristic spot to an amazing rooftop.
Enjoy the beautiful Istanbul view at a rooftop and drink some tea, coffee and salep. Let's take a photo with the wonderful view of Istanbul. After having our drink, we will have our private transfer and we will go to a restaurant which is almost 140 years old!

5.00Thoroughly enjoyable evening. Our host Zey was amazing. She was very informative, helpful, knew the history of Turkey and answered all of our questions. She was friendly, authentic and genuine whilst remaining professional at all times. .Zey is an amazing guide. The food and drinks we ate and drank were all authentic and amazing. I cannot recommend this activity enough. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

5.00My family (kids, parents, and grandparents) loved our food tour with Zeynep on our long layover in Istanbul. It was the perfect way to get a lot of Turkish food culture from a fun local in a short amount of time. On top of all that, Zeynep was incredibly helpful in communicating with our driver as we had a somewhat complicated luggage/hotel situation at the end of the tour and we don't speak Turkish. Definitely a highlight of our short stay in town.

5.00We had a great night with Zey. She was very knowledgeable and personable with lots of fun facts about life in Istanbul. We had a short layover and it was raining but this tour made everything worth it. The highlight for us was the dinner at the historical restaurant. The food was fantastic and the group was a pleasure to be with. I am now constantly on the search for kabobs and donor is my hometown.

She has a history degree with a focus on both Ottoman and Byzantine history and a Masters in hospitality, and it shows. She's a native Istanbulite and knows the details that bring Istanbul alive. Her carefully selected food and restaurant choices were not only delicious but also brought the city's culture to our mouths. If you want the best, book SuSu!
