Booking Confirmation We will confirm your booking and complete itinerary with a message or email after we request key details: – Full name – Number of passengers – Flight number and arrival time – Accommodation name and location - Itinerary 2. Pre-Arrival Communication Prior to arrival, you’ll receive a confirmation message with your driver’s name and instructions on what to do once you land. 3. Arrival at the Airport Once you exit the terminal, go to the dispatch area and provide the dispatcher with your name and driver’s name. The dispatcher will call your driver, who will arrive within 5 minutes to pick you up curbside. 4. Comfortable Transfer to Your Hotel or Villa This is a flat-rate, all-inclusive 5-day private transport package designed for convenience and cost savings. What Your Rate Covers: • Two (2) round trips per day (4 transfers daily) • Private driver assigned to your itinerary • Luxury SUV or Executive Van (based on group size) • Fuel, vehicle operating costs, and standard waiting time • Up to 5 consecutive service days There are no surge fees or fluctuating taxi rates once your itinerary is confirmed. Private Transportation Services offered - a scam

1.00In February 2026 my husband and I booked a 9 day all inclusive package through West Jet Vacations. As part of the package we purchased private transportation service to/from the Mayan Riveria resort. On departure from the resort back to the Cancun airport, our private transportation never arrived This was confirmed by the resort staff who track all incoming vehicles to the resort. We contacted the tour operator (which is attached to West Jet) and they suggested we take a cab to the airport given our flight was leaving in a couple of hours. We were told to keep the taxi receipt and we would be reimbursed. I submitted the receipt along with an explanation of what transpired upon our return home. To date, we have not received reimbursement for this expense (over 3 months now) despite repeated emails to West Jet. I would not recommend booking private transportation service and incurring additional costs for such through West Jet as I believe this to be a scam. L. Very

5.00KP was so friendly! She was at the airport the second we walked out the door and was on time /super accommodating to all of our plans. One of the days our boat trip got cancelled (because we got scammed) and KP found us a new a boat for the same price within an hour. She actually saved the trip and such a sweet soul.
