Sea kayaking is a great way to experience the magic of Ningaloo. Join us for a half day sea kayak and snorkel adventure in Ningaloo Reef's nursery, the wildlife-rich Bundegi Sanctuary Zone. Spot turtles, rays, and baby reef sharks in the shallows, and take the opportunity to snorkel from your kayak amongst the sheltered coral reef.
Small group sizes mean our guides can customise our tours to our guests. Group sizes are usually capped at a maximum of 8 guests, but groups of up to 16 guests can be catered for.

What To Expect
We'll pick you up from your Exmouth accommodation and make the short drive (10 minutes) to our tour launch point in the Bundegi Sanctuary Zone, amongst the northern stretches of World Heritage listed Ningaloo Reef. Upon arrival, we'll kit you out with all the gear you'll need, and after a quick familiarisation with your kayak and a safety briefing, we'll head out for a paddle. Look for juvenile turtles, rays, schools of fish and even baby reef sharks in the shallows from your kayak in this area known as Ningaloo's nursery. After some kayaking, we'll head a little way offshore and tie off to some 'kayak only' snorkel moorings to slip over the side of your kayak and explore the coral reef and amazing underwater life, including schools of fish and green turtles. The kayaking and snorkelling is suitable for novices, with our experienced guides on hand to point out interesting creatures and make you feel at ease. A snack stop on the beach gives the opportunity to rest and refuel.

5.00Had an amazing time at turquoise bay all due to our tour guide Colton. Me and my partner first time snorkelling along with being poor swimmers but still got to see everything. Colton helped me and my partner with aid of floats join in to the fullest. He was a machine in the water. Great experience seeing all the sea life including a cowtail ray and turtles and an abundance of fish and coral 10/10.

5.00Really well organised, friendly and informative day. Our guide, Kolton, made everyone feel welcome, safe and ready to go. We didn't see a turtle during the snorkel but there was plenty of other marine life to see. During the kayak back to shore, there were a couple of turtles swimming around and a reef shark. Afternoon snacks on the beach were delicious and my dietary needs were well met! Thanks for a fun day out team!!

5.00We made a kayak tour to a great snorkeling place and saw turtels, lots of different fishs and some rays. Julia was our guide and she made a great job, telling us a lot of information about the animals and Exmouth. It was an amazing tour!

5.00What a fantastic 1/2 day tour. JOULES was our guide and from getting picked to destination he was a wealth of knowledge of the area. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Safety was paramount and it was delivered perfectly. The tour was fantastic no turtles while snorkelling, plenty in the mangroves. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, I do think a level of fitness is needed.

5.00Had a great day out with nature and no noisy boats. The water was glassy clear still conditions. Saw and swam with several turtles saw some great Coral which was not so bleached. Some amazing fish, rays and great birdlife in the mangroves. Thanks, Kolton for being the best guide! Great small friendly group.

5.00Jules did a great job of explaining how to use all equipment and keep us safe. Had a great time. Heaps of fish, turtle, dugong, giant clam, osprey and the reef is recovering after a bleaching in January 2025. The small group made the trip more enjoyable Thanks team.
Might just be our favourite snorkelling experience!

5.00The guide (Nick) was amazing, he knew exactly where to go to see loads and loads turtles and we even saw a manta ray!! He was great after the kayak back, telling us lots about the marine wildlife that we saw out on the snorkel and the marine life in the local area. Was an incredible morning, would definitely recommend
