Sea kayaking is a great way to experience the magic of Ningaloo. Join us for a half day sea kayak and snorkel adventure in Ningaloo Reef's nursery, the wildlife-rich Bundegi Sanctuary Zone. Spot turtles, rays, and baby reef sharks in the shallows, and take the opportunity to snorkel from your kayak amongst the sheltered coral reef.
Small group sizes mean our guides can customise our tours to our guests. Group sizes are usually capped at a maximum of 8 guests, but groups of up to 16 guests can be catered for.

What To Expect
We'll pick you up from your Exmouth accommodation and make the short drive (10 minutes) to our tour launch point in the Bundegi Sanctuary Zone, amongst the northern stretches of World Heritage listed Ningaloo Reef. Upon arrival, we'll kit you out with all the gear you'll need, and after a quick familiarisation with your kayak and a safety briefing, we'll head out for a paddle. Look for juvenile turtles, rays, schools of fish and even baby reef sharks in the shallows from your kayak in this area known as Ningaloo's nursery. After some kayaking, we'll head a little way offshore and tie off to some 'kayak only' snorkel moorings to slip over the side of your kayak and explore the coral reef and amazing underwater life, including schools of fish and green turtles. The kayaking and snorkelling is suitable for novices, with our experienced guides on hand to point out interesting creatures and make you feel at ease. A snack stop on the beach gives the opportunity to rest and refuel.

5.00Amazing day kayaking and snorkeling. We saw so many turtles! At least 30, and many other things like rays and diff types of fish, Nick was the best! He knew so much about the marine life and the history of the area and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great day!

5.00The turtle tour was absolutely amazing! We were taken 15 minutes out of town via bus. We were shown how to safely use our kayaks, and then hopped onto the water. Snorkelled for approximately 75 minutes and the water was so clear! We saw turtles, stingrays, sharks and so so many fish. Then kayaked into the mangroves for some lunch, and returned to shore. What a brilliant trip! Will be doing this again when next in Exmouth.

5.00Neil made our tour such an enjoyable experience! He had excellent local knowledge and we spotted heaps of turtles and sharks not just in the sea but also closed to the shore. The snacks and drinks were also a nice refresher to keep us energetic. The snorkeling experience even excelled the last island one. Highly recommended! Thank you Neil!
