Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary
The Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, also known as the Ubud Monkey Forest, is a natural sanctuary located in the village of Padangtegal in Ubud, Bali. The forest covers approximately 12.5 hectares and is home to over 1200 long-tiled macaque monkeys
Tegalalang Rice Terrace
Rice Terrace is a rice field area that still uses the terraced model and also traditional Balinese irrigation. The well-maintained area ultimately produces a view that is pleasing to the eye. Walking through the Monkey Forest was such a unique experience, and learning about local traditions along the way made it even more meaningful. 5.00Out of everything I did in Bali, this tour was hands down my favorite. The Ubud Swing was such a thrill and gave me some of the best photos of my entire trip. The rice terraces were absolutely breathtaking, and the swing was such a fun adrenaline rush. 5.00This tour gave me everything I was hoping for and more. The Tegallalang Rice Terrace looked unreal in real life so green and peaceful. Visiting the coffee plantation was a cool cultural touch, and tasting local coffee was a nice bonus. The waterfalls were refreshing and not overly crowded when we went. The entire experience felt authentic and well paced.
