Amazing experience, very friendly, fun, and experience! Recipes were easy to learn. Instructor knows English so it was very nice as an English speaker. Ate lots of food and had plenty to drink. I would recommend this to anyone coming to São Paulo of any cooking ability.

We had the pleasure of joining Ronald Schüller for a Brazilian tasting experience and cooking class in his own kitchen, and it was incredible. Ronald made us feel immediately welcome while sharing his passion and knowledge of Brazilian cuisine. The dishes were authentic, flavorful, and paired with great stories about their cultural background. The class was interactive and fun—Ronald guided us step by step, making the experience both approachable and memorable. If you’re looking for an evening that combines amazing food, Brazilian culture, and genuine hospitality, Ronald’s class is an absolute must.

Daniela was fantastic. Beautiful home, great food with wonderful explanations. I had never done a food tour/tasting in somebody’s home. I’d always gone from place to place. This was a unique experience and I would do it again without any reservation.

The total dinning experience was an excellent 5 star adventure. Each menu item was prepared fresh with an explanation of the ingredients, how the food was prepared, and the cultural significance prior to tasting each course. Chef Danielle was very engaging, personable, and authentic. She connected with each participant and made everyone feel comfortable and important. I highly recommend this tasting experience with Chef Danielle. This is an experience you will not regret!
