We learned ravioli with ricotta and truffle filling, meat balls and biscotti. We then enjoyed them with a tasting of 6 great wines. Really enjoyed.

We booked a cooking class at Tili Winery on October 6 and had an amazing time. Anna Laura and her mother Maria were warm hosts who met us like some long lost friends who just came back for dinner. They prepared all ingredients for us and we cooked a delicious multi course dinner under their supervision. The place is very net and immaculately clean with excellent views and amenities. The menu included bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and olive oil (truffles made a big difference!). We prepared ravioli with ricotta and truffles made from scratch using two types of flour and several other simple ingredients. It was a fun process filled with laughter and storytelling. We also made an eggplant dish with mozzarella, basil and fresh tomato sauce. Finally, we prepared tozzetti, which is an Umbrian version of biscotti, with ricotta and fresh berries. AnnaLaura offered tasting of their wines and olive oil produced on site. During the class and dinner, various family members, including their dog Lucky, joined in making it a truly unique and warm Umbrian adventure. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun-filled and authentic experience in Umbria.

This was such a wonderful experience, Mum and daughter did a fantastic job running this special family tour. Such a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful organic wine and food. We even ordered some wine to be delivered back home. Highly recommend
