We spent a great day at Universal Studios Singapore, the park is pretty small but has plenty to do for a one day experience. We opted to purchase the Express Pass (1 use per ride) to maximise our time there. The total cost of entry including the Express Pass was around £111 each which we thought was fairly reasonable for the Universal brand experience. The park wasn’t that busy but the Express Pass still got us on everything that much quicker we were able to get on everything and still have plenty of time to take in the sights, shops and food whilst still giving time to re-ride some attractions without the pass later. As mentioned above, the park is small and only offers around 5 of what we would consider rides of high interest to adults. But the quality is high and there are other rides & shows that are still worth your time. Our only complaint was the somewhat over zealous safety regulations that meant you couldn’t even carry your phone in your pocket on some rides and had to be stored in a locker. Our local theme park has several far more intense rides and no such action is required. My advice would be if your budget can stretch get the Express Pass but it’s definitely not essential. We attended on a Tuesday in June during the school holidays and queue times ranged from 30 to 10 minutes.
