Used their service to get skis fitted and delivered - they never adjusted the binding of one of my skis which was not noticed until I was out and ready to ski at mid-mountain. Lost a half-day of skiing while they sorted it out and had to send another tech to meet me back at the base - totally unprofessional and yes - will be asking for our money back as well as reimbursement for lost time on mountain.

This was our 3rd rental from Black Tie (the previous ones were awesome). This time, we had 2 renters. The one pair of skis they brought my wife were WAY too short. The guy was kinda in our face about it being our fault due to how we filled out the form. My issue is that the form changed from previous rentals and they should've brought at least one additional pair of skis that matched what my wife used previously. Later that night, they brought another pair of skis that worked. Also, one of the adjustable ski poles would not hold, so after every run, I had to re-adjust it...sometimes up to 3-6 inches.

I recommend using Black Tie Ski Rental. They were right on time, communicated well, came with all the equipment prepared, gave great information, the equipment was of a good quality and was in good condition. The collection process was so easy, just left the equipment in the hotel storage room and they collected it with no need for me to be involved. Definitely recommend.

Everything went smooth, delivery was on-time, representative was knowledgeable and friendly. Boots actually felt better than the boots I own. Equipment was delivered the evening before the first ski day, so we can start skiing right from the very morning, that was really appreciated. Drop-off was no brainer: just left everything at ski valet of our hotel on the last ski day, texted the company that we were done skiing - that was it! The price was reasonable too. Definitely recommend, and will use again in the future.

Take advantage of this rental service. Excellent equipment, prompt service and fitting. One broken binding and kid lost pole during trip...met us immediately to replace so no wasted time on the mountain! Picked up our rentals from the hotel after our last day- no hassle.

Black Tie Ski Rentals at Vail/Beaver Creek were outstanding. They provided assistance over the phone in advance of my trip. They assisted me in the best equipment for beginners and were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Delivery and pick up of the equipment was timely, professional, etc. Very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend Black Tie Ski Rentals.

Tried Black Tie based on a friend’s recommendation and it was great! Great service and equipment and no lines - they came right to the ski locker room at our condo for fitting and picked everything up from the locker on our last day. I will never rent another way.
