5.00This was fun! It was sometimes a bit difficult to understand the guide group’s English, but the whole day was still a blast and we learned to make a delicious paella. Also appreciated the appetizers, sangria, and desserts that were included!

2.00The idea is good but be prepared for a large group. There were 2 instructors and they did their best to work with everyone. For the cooking portion there were 12 of us gathered around a paella cooking pan for the traditional paella cooking. I found it hard to see around taller men that were in the front. We started at Russafa Market, learning about key ingredients, then headed to the kitchen to cook while enjoying tapas and sangria. Everyone helped prepare the paella, which was delicious, followed by dessert, coffee, and local wine. The hosts were amazing—it felt like cooking with family. Perfect for food lovers! 10/10, highly recommend!
