4.00It was a nice experience, we visited interesting places. The visit to the walks in the hills of Valparaiso is short Rafael, the driver, drives very well and Jaqueline is a good guide. A word of advice: the cover on the inner roof of the bus, which covers the ventilation, is loose and knocks permanently when the bus is moving at a certain speed on the road, producing an unpleasant noise for those of us sitting in that location.

4.00The truth was our experience was very good in the sense that the staff, that is, the tour guides treated us super well and were extremely friendly. Lisette and Janeth were very cordial, they know the tourist issues and explain them very clearly, as well as resolving the doubts that one poses to them. You can see that they are prepared and ensure the comfort of their passengers. Unfortunately there was a blunder, pressure to follow a specific schedule and lack of time. I travelled with my relatives and we got lost, clearly on several occasions because I was admiring the places of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar, I got lost with my grandfather. The girls were very patient with us, although the passengers were not. They only gave us half an hour to be on the beach, and ultimately we could not enjoy the trip as we wanted. Otherwise, the ride was very good.
