1.00I had to share negative experience, as the tour provider ignored my request to deliver tickets to me. Waited about 40 minutes at the entry but was not allowed in , the personal Van Gogh told me just to buy another tickets for next day with different operator. What a joke.

1.00I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Van Gogh Museum. My tickets arrived with the wrong name and time slot. After arriving, we found out that the tickets we received were for someone else who had reportedly canceled their visit. Despite this being an error on the provider’s part, the museum staff refused to allow us to enter, and we were left stranded outside with no solution offered. I understand that mistakes happen, but when you’re dealing with something as important as museum tickets, especially for a place as popular as the Van Gogh Museum, it’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like this. The staff were not accommodating at all, and there was no attempt to rectify the situation. The entire experience was a waste of time and money. I would strongly advise double-checking your tickets and ensuring everything is in order before booking. Unfortunately, our visit turned into a complete letdown, and we left feeling completely dissatisfied.
