Majority of tour is outside the arena

4.00This is a very informative tour an he I did enjoy it. However, I was unaware that the majority of the tour would take place outside the arena. While I appreciate this is necessary while talking about the structure of the arena, this meant that only 15 minutes is given over to being inside the arena. I should also clarify that once inside the arena and once the tour is officially over, you are free to stay inside the arena as long as you wish and explore it on your own. Unfortunately I was unable to stay on after the tour as I was leaving to catch my flight but prior knowledge of the limited amount of time this then left me for being inside the arena would have helped me to make an informed decision as to whether or not to take the tour. I effectively got 15 minutes inside the arena for just short of £35. This did not make the tour good value for me.

4.00It was a quick guided tour. We expected a little more information but it was overall good. Funny guide with good knowledge and fun facts of the monument. But wow… Italians speak fast! It was a challenge to follow.
