Best whale watching experience I’ve been on . They are very informative and made sure we saw whale . We also got to see sea lions and seals. Was amazing. No issues at all with having my service dogies on board. They were so friendly about it.

This was an efficient and well organised tour. Unfortunately, the whale sighting was not the best (something that the operator cannot control with wild mammals). We did see a limited number of whales in the distance, but other operators seemed to get much closer. Also, our best sighting of whales was inadvertently made on the ferry crossing from Vancouver to Victoria.

It was a beautiful day and a fantastic experience, staff very enthusiastic, tell a lot and know how to keep quiet at the right time. A lot of sightings and you could tell that the captain found it "difficult" to sail back again, the whales were almost around the boat, and the captain was in no hurry, but some passengers had to continue. A small boat (totally no problem, enough space to change viewing spots) a nice and beautiful experience, thank you very much.

The guides and the pilot of the boat were excellent. They took us to several areas where we sawhumpback whales along with seals and sea lions. We got the extra bonus of seeing a small pod of orcas including a newborn orca.

Must Do. It was amazing. Dress warm. The staff were great and very helpful and informative! The boat ride was what you'd expect a little choppy but we saw many whales!

We had an AMAZING experience with our guides. Our trip was the only trip of the day. It allowed us to see a wide variety of wildlife! It was fantastic! Our guides were knowledgeable and kept us well informed!

Great experience! The team were friendly and informative. They were passionate about seeing the whales which was lovely to note, when they probably see them so often! Boat was clean and comfy.

We had a private boat for our dutch group. The staff was very friendly, the boat had 2 lower decks and a upper deck. We saw a bunch of humpback Wales and 2 killer Wales. It was a once in a life time experience.

We did the whale watching with a Dutch group and saw about 10 humpback whales and sealions. It was a safe boat with 2 decks. It is not so big, so that gives an adventurous feeling to it. On the top deck it is colder, but you get a better view of the whales Andrew and his crew were fabulous!

It could have been a good experience if only it had begun. But let's go in order. We booked this excursion with the aim of searching for cetaceans off Victoria on the internet thanks to the beautiful presentation. We introduced ourselves the day before and everything seemed normal. But by evening, the captain's first doubts had appeared. And in the morning the news: we are not leaving. It causes bad weather that was not so bad, since for the broken headphones we joined an excursion to the nearby competition to the marina. Competition that started and did well because we did not take rain, wind or even high waves. I'd like to tell the captain not to panic about so little. We were lucky but we risked being grounded on the one day we had available in Victoria and not for a valid reason. On a positive note, honesty. They reimbursed us not being able to reprogram. Unfortunately with the limited time that usually has the clientele it would be better not to give "bins."
