Dress to impress and make your way to the Annakirche (St. Anne's Church) in central Vienna by 8:00pm and take a seat inside one of the city's most beautiful baroque buildings. Depending on the evening, listen to an hourlong concert of selected works by Mozart, Beethoven, or Schubert. The music is played on period instruments, by renowned musicians studied at some of Europe's finest music academies. Take in the sounds of the live string quartet as they perform works by three masterful composers; each of whom lived and worked in Vienna during some point in their careers. Program was only 3 quarter pieces but each had 4-5 movements. The performers were excellent and the church acoustics was really good!

Arrive early to see the virtuosos. Covering yourself enormously +++ Beautiful but unheated church that spoils the end of the concert I wish there was a longer break between each piece. I got lost in the interpretations Too bad because the musicians were very good.

We had a great experience. We got there about 30 mins early and got seats right at the front. Everything was brilliant and I would definitely go again.

This experience was a magical way to end my time in Vienna. I stayed at the Le Meridien and it was only about a ~10 minute walk. (Couldn't recommend that hotel enough either!) The concert began with a brief introduction to the musicians and history of the instruments. We were given a program so we could see the exact pieces that were being played. The church was very crowded despite me arriving even 15 minutes prior. From the back you can't really see the musicians so if that is important to you I would consider arriving 30 minutes prior, although I'm not sure when they actually open the doors. The church is breathtaking and the music of course as well although there isn't a way to truly capture the beauty of this church. This is a very relaxing and inspiring way to end your evening in Vienna and I would recommend this to anyone who asks!

Excellent musicians in a beautiful church setting. Get to the concert early to get seats with a good view of the musicians, but not a large venue so music could be heard well, acoustics very good. Just the right length for a classical concert. Good selection of music: Mozart, Beethoven and Hayden.

Good quality music. Beautiful church. Sitting a little uncomfortable, better sit in the side chairs. Stays a bit away from the subway
