5.00It was raining really hard the evening we arrived at the airport. Mohammed communicated via WhatsApp on how to find him after baggage claim and got us safely through the flood waters to our hotel. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.

5.00Great experience. We were contacted by Mohamed days before assuring us that we could contact him if we have any questions. Our flight was delayed a couple times and finally we arrived 3 hours later. Mohamed contacted us via email letting us know that he will monitor the flight status. As soon as we touched down at the airport and turned on cel phone, his WhatsApp message came in telling me that he was waiting outside. He took all our worries away throughout the process and made us feel safe and welcoming.

5.00Mohammad Ben was waiting at the exit from the Tunisia airport, with a sign, with my name. As a solo traveler this is reassuring when traveling to an unknown country. Drive was about 40min uneventful. He also provided a cold water.
