We had a wonderful day on this tour. Angel Land is delightful and the Blue Temple (Wat Ban Den) is spectacular. The highlight obviously is the sticky waterfall. Me and my spouse did it once and my kids three times. The instructions you receive says doing it barefoot is ok, but I do recommend water shoes or sandals that can get wet (not flip flops) and the rocks (mostly in the pools) can be a bit rough on bare feet. There are changing rooms and lockers at the site, and the lockers are included with the tour. The one thing I would recommend is to have a dedicated stop for a meal. Our guide pointed out cafes and one restaurant, but we also had limited time at each location. We relied on grabbing snacks, mostly. Overall a lovely day, thank you!

We had plenty of time at each stop to explore without rushing. The guide was lovely and pointing out places of interest and explaining the significance and stories of different statues of the Buddha. We had a great day.

I loved the tour. The blue temple in Chiang Mai was beautiful. The guide was amazing. He was very informative. I didn't complete climbing the sticky waterfalls and he stayed with me every step of the way. He took great pictures and a few videos.

Great Experiences, But Poor Communication and Time Management We booked the Dantewada (Angel Land), Blue Temple, and Sticky Waterfall tour Operated by Wonderful Eco Tours and overall enjoyed the destinations, but there were some issues that affected the experience. There was no communication from the company prior to the tour—no email or text with instructions. We were expecting an 8:00 AM pickup but were collected one hour later with no explanation. Our guide was friendly and informative, but too soft with timing directions, which meant we consistently had to wait for other travelers to return to the van before continuing to the next stop. That said, the experiences themselves were fantastic. • Dantewada (Angel Land) felt straight out of an Avatar movie—beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for photos. • The Blue Temple was stunning, especially with almost no one there, but the visit felt too rushed. More time would have allowed us to fully appreciate the space. • The Sticky Waterfall was a lot of fun. We got a little wet, but the warm weather made it enjoyable. I recommend wearing water shoes. You do need to be a bit athletic—both hands are required to climb—so make sure you have a secure pocket if you bring your phone. There’s a section with simple Thai food and additional areas for short hikes. We enjoyed the tour overall, but the lack of communication and weak time management from the guide were definitely frustrating. With better organization, this could easily be a five-star experience.

All three activities are widely different but all worth it. Although Dantewada is a man-made waterfall park, it is a little place of heaven. For photography lovers! The blue temple is truly amazing and a sticky waterfall a totally unique and fun experience.

We really enjoyed this tour! Despite the rain, Dantewada was super beautiful and magical to visit. I recommend feeding the goats- they are super cute. The Temple visit wasn't too long or boring like other tours we've done, and then the sticky waterfall was a very fun experience. Our guide was kind, held our stuff so it didn't get wet, took pictures, and even provided 2 small snacks during our tour. I would recommend this tour.

A relaxed day, about 1 1/2 hr drive one way. The three activities were attractive, with time left for photos and some exploring. The guide Mongolol did a good job in taking care of the group.
