Caviar de Neuvic

Meet your guide into Caviar De Neuvic either in the morning or in the afternoon. Your tour will start with the visit of the fish-farm, that will last around 1.15-hour. Your local guide will explain everything about the estate, the fish and the caviar production process. You will be able to see how the sturgeons are bred and how the caviar is made at the estate. Naturally, you will have the opportunity to ask him all the questions you may have about caviar. In order to create unforgettable memories, you can try an unusual experience where you trying to grab a sturgeon into the visitor pool (4 volunteers max), you will be allowed to take pictures during the visit. The tour will run rain or shine so don't forget your boots and umbrella in case of bad weather. Once the farm visit is finished, you will go for the caviar master class. This tasting sessions includes a toast of caviar butter and 4 spoons of each Caviar : Signature, Réserve, Oscietra and Beluga. All these dishes will served with a glass of sparkling wine and a shot of vodka. At the end of the tour, caviar will not have any secrets for you.
