Amazing and beautiful. The sculptures are impressive and grandiose. We have gone from dream to reality. A nice chapel to marry. On the enchanting side, it is possible to get married by Santa Claus with a reindeer as best man. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar and eat on site. To finish the meal it is possible to eat its frozen plate. For the fun side, you can make slides with buoys or on the lake.

Wonderful tour where they explain the details of the hotel, the bar and other locations. It is very good to be able to know the rooms to get an idea of how it works. It is also interesting to be able to carry out activities, such as sliding on the ice

Really interesting your and great to explore the hotel. Our kids loved the sledges on to the lake. The ice bar was a great fun experience and the barman so chatty and knowledgeable.

Pure fascination. Great guided tour, by a very nice guide who explains everything in detail how this artwork is built every year. Insight into the hotel rooms, where each represents a different theme, the chapel, the restaurant and the bar. You can't get out of wondering what a work of art this is. After the guided tour you have time to take pictures of the rooms and sculptures, have a drink at the ice bar, or just to look at the surroundings. If anything is really worth it, it's this splendor.

Was a little unsure, if it's going to be worth it, but decided to take the chance and book the tour - no regrets. Transportation in a big and comfortable bus, guided tour and plenty of free time afterwards to enjoy the outside, look around and enjoy some drinks nearby. It's really beautiful inside ☺️ adding some photos but not so much to spoil the beautiful artwork inside 😉

The time for the guide is tight, but she mentioned several times that we will have enough time to check everything out after the tour - and that was right. For us the time was just about right at -29°C. We took the tour, had fun with the sleigh and the kick-sleigh, had a hot chocklate and we did not miss a thing. The transport was in time from and towards.

Honestly although the snow hotel is worth seeing I would not book this trip. Over priced, under whelming. Trip started by us needing to be at our location in the city centre at 16:25 which we were. Nothing happend till 16.55 when 2 buses arrived with the snowhotel destination on them. By this point there were lots of people with 16:25 and 16:50 times on their information. It was then a nightmare no one knew what bus to get we went to one with our ticket to be told our name was not on the list and he would not let us board even though we had the ticket. So we went to the other one who said we were on the list but had no seats and told us to get on the other bus. We made it clear to this bus driver the other one had turned us away and therefore we were not getting off his one to be left behind because the other bus stated we could not get on. Thankfully the bus driver came with us and had the first driver just moved down his list our name was there. By this point we were beyond frustrated as we had already stood waiting with no shelter since 16:25. We got to the hotel reception which was packed the reception team had no clue kept saying the bus had dropped us in the wrong place finally at 17:35 someone came and started calling out names and giving wrist bands out. We then got split into 2 (large) groups shown into the area of the hotel that can be used to show people round and were left to walk through lots of different rooms but due to group size unless you rushed or went reaaly slow you never got to see a room clearly as it was full all the time, so many of the group we doing some kind of you tube video recording and just took over nit letting people out of rooms and beingnin rooms with a full set up and taking ages. Totally unorganised and actually a real disappointment. Would recommend not booking this. Only gave 2 stars because seeing the hotel was great but this company had nothing to do with that. Save your money look at the pictures online.
