5.00A really interesting insight into the history of Manila covering the Spanish and US. Russell is a wonderful tour guide, who is clearly so interested in sharing that history. He talks of things he has done extra research on for himself. Nice small group of people so it's easy to ask questions.

5.00Steven was a great guide: thank you! He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Intramuros, but not ponderous or dull. I recommend him highly. The tour was 3 hrs & well-paced. We saw the city walls, gate, fortress, dungeons, churches & Casa Manila house. I learnt a great deal, especially about National hero, Jose Rizal, & the terrible Battle of Manila. The old city was quiet & peaceful. The group was small & Steven answered questions well.
