Walk in the heart of a forest of argan trees and various species, until you reach the ocean. After a walk along the beach, you will go up towards the waterfalls of Sidi M'Barket and cross terraced gardens.
As Morocco is facing drought in the last years, the cascade is dry in this moment.
Nature offers a magnificent spectacle here. We then show in the canyon to the village of Sidi Ahmed Essayeh. For lunch, you will be welcomed by a Moroccan family to taste a tajine.
You will walk in the morning, because the hike ends in the early afternoon by crossing the village of Sidi Ahmed Essayeh.
This hike allows you to meet beautiful people and admire sumptuous and varied landscapes... A beautiful meeting with a local Berber family.

The highlight remains the homestay meal, absolutely exceptional: a generous, authentic and full of flavors, shared in a warm atmosphere. Many thanks to Naïma, our guide, who was perfect from start to finish. An activity to recommend without hesitation to discover Essaouira differently, between nature and beautiful human encounters.

5.00So pleased we took this excursion to see some of the dramatic countryside inland from the coast. Our guide Naima was friendly and very informative and took the hike at a good pace (we are fit, but in our seventies!). A dramatic walk down the dry river canyon and up again onto the hills. A delicious lunch served in a traditional Berber house where the family welcomed us. Then a spectacular walk down the (almost dry) cascade and over the dune to walk along the beach.

5.00A fantastic walk across different terrains and with a fantastic guide who switched between French and English speaking; super friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Secondly, also probably the best testing chicken tagine we had in Morocco over two trips! The rest stop in a gentleman’s house where we sat in his lounge and ate some tagline, salad, bread and fruit, was a lovely touch.
The hotel was wonderful, its people, I really liked it.

5.00It was one of the best activities we did during our trip to morocco! The guide was super nice and very friendly - she knew so much about the area and the culture and explained a lot of interesting things to us. I would definitely recommend this tour, it was 100% worth it!
