1.00The guide didn’t show up after we had paid for the tour. Messaged the operator twice but got no response. Still waiting for a reply and a refund. Ruined our first day in Tbilisi. At Pushkin Square the tourists information confirmed we were at the correct location but didn’t know the tour operator. Asked numerous other operators and no one had heard of Viator. Waited for over an hour at the location but no one bothered to turn up or make contact to cancel the trip. No offer of a refund although I have requested one. Think this is a scam .
