I purchased this audio tour with the plan to start it immediately. I did not receive any instruction in how to download it and why I phoned to enquire how I do this I waited 4 hours to get the necessary information by which time I had travelled to another town. Absolute waste of my money and time

I spent at least a half hour trying to find the starting point. Once i got started it was good but then my cell phone charge ran out midway through the tour

First time visiting Warwick and thought this would be a great way to start my trip. Really interesting tour that gives a great overview of Warwick. It lasts around an hour so left plenty to time for me to explore the rest of what Warwick had to offer. Overall was a really good tour!
