5.00The guides were outstanding. You will definitely get wet. Others cancelled, so there were just two of us. Calypso adventures did not cancel on us even though they could have given only two of us were left. 4 is the optimum number. One river with many rocks and rapids. One lazy river to just enjoy the ride and look for wildlife
The best experience to see all that nature has to offer in this incredible region. Truly a magical journey!

5.0010 out of 10!! An incredible experience and the highlight of my stay in La Fortuna! These guys have it down. 6 people to a raft, run smoothly and safely. Great for nature lovers of all ages. Our guide Bryan (with a y) was so fun and funny. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the environment and the ecosystem. His English was Amazing. He has a keen eye for spotting sloths, monkeys, iguanas, bats, toucans, kingfishers, bats, owls and tons of other birds. He explained the noises of nature. At times it felt as though we could have been in the Amazon. He explained how this incredible ecosystem depends on everything we saw and how. Because we did the twilight time slot we also got the nocturnal experience. At the end we were served local sweets and juice. BRAVO!!!! Would recommend this tour hands down!!
All Day Adventure, Great Way to Experience Costa Rica

5.00This all day adventure was one of our highlights on our trip in Costa Rica. We started the day with a two hour rafting trip which we saw sloths, monkeys and other wildlife. Then had lunch at a little family Catina were we got to make tortillas. The food was delicious and one of the best meals we had on our trip. Afterwards, we rafted down a calmer river to see additional wildlife. The excursion concluded with reservations at a local hot springs that included dinner. The hot spring accommodations were nice and a relaxing way to end the day. Would recommend the safari rafting and hot springs for families with small children but not the the first rafting part of the adventure. The guides were extremely friendly, access to clean bathrooms throughout the day, and we felt safe the entire time.
