From the moment Vilma picked us up, she was friendly and engaging. Not only did she speak excellent English, she was able to share lots of interesting things about El Salvador while even helping us to learn a bit of Spanish! I am highly allergic to shellfish and throughout our experience, she made sure the lunch vendor clearly understood the severity of it. This really allowed me to enjoy the experience even more as normally I am quite concerned about the language challenges especially when eating somewhere along the coast where seafood is ubiquitous. My wife and enjoyed every minute of our day with her and immediately booked a follow up tour a couple of days later. Thanks for the awesome day!

Vilma, our guide, was absolutely the BEST! She was so attentive to our every need, and went out of her way to make sure the restaurant took my husband’s food allergies seriously. The fish taco lunch was fantastic too! We had a great time at the waterfalls, and really enjoyed the natural slide and jumping off the cliff. Vilma took videos and pictures without us even asking. We highly recommend this tour! Just know there is a bit of a steep hike coming back.

What an amazing experience! The waterfalls were absolutely beautiful and breathtaking - totally worth the hike! Our tour guide, Alfredo, made sure we were safe when hiking up and down to the waterfalls. Lunch at El Tunco Beach was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The food was delicious and had great ocean views. Our driver, David, was great as well! Beautiful, kind people and overall an amazing experience! Would definitely book a tour with him again!

Alfredo was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Our hike and tour was AMAZING! Alfredo picked us up from our hotel and gave us a wonderful El Salvadorian history and geography lesson, while driving to our hiking starting point. We hiked until we met the waterfalls and then we were able to get into the water. We were not brave enough to jump, but Alfredo ensured that we had a fun time anyway. We literally had a photo shoot in the waterfalls. Alfredo was such a gentleman, he offered to hold our bags and ensured that we had enough pictures and video to create an album of our trip. After the hike we enjoyed lunch at a restaurant along the black beach. The waves were so large, that they met us at the table. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and conversations with him. After lunch we stopped by a local vendor and obtained fresh coconut water. If you only have time for one activity while visiting El Salvador, ensure that THIS is the activity you engage in. The Wet and Wild: Tamanique Waterfalls and world-famous El Tunco Beach activity is phenomenal. Thank you for making our trip so special Alfredo.
