What To Expect
Available only from 20 July to 20 November Humpback Whale Watching (3 hours duration) Come and observe these marine mammals that come every year to rest and give birth in the warm waters of Polynesia. You will have the chance to approach cetaceans while respecting the rules of approach in order to observe them without disturbing them. After this meeting we will make you discover the wonderful Moorea lagoon with its incredible richness or very often we meet dolphins in the lagoon or in the passes. We can stop to see the turtles in their natural environment and make a snorkling stop to swim with the pastenague rays and blacktip sharks. LAUNCHING: To swim with whales, it is required to know how to swim well with snorkling equipment, mask, fins and snorkel. Approach rules require us to swim about 150m round trip. NOTES: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a meeting with a whale during your visit. It is a wild animal in its natural environment in the open sea. She decides to come to us, not the other way around. Departure at 8:30 am Back at 11:30

5.00This is an excellent execution..I've used this company in 2017 for the jet skis and scheduled again when I saw they offered a whale snorkel. They were highly professional and gave instructions to keep us safe. They made sure we were comfortable before we ever got into the water. Once it was safe to enter the water we did so as a group and we could immediately hear the whale singing. We could see it at the bottom of the ocean and we could hear it the whole time we were in the water. What an absolutely incredible adventure. Things to note 1) book this in advance. Regulation has changed and only 6 people can be on the water at a time and there are a limit of boats that can be in the area. 2) don't bring a full face snorkel, it isn't as safe as a traditional mask and they will have you change it to one of theirs 3) if you don't own a 3mm wetsuit you'll have to wear a life jacket (which they provide). Check with the company before purchasing if you want to wear a wetsuit to get the latest information. This company values your safely and comfort.

5.00Spotted whales underwater in our 2nd swim! Staff are professional and two guides were in the water with us. Life vests are in good quality. We went to the lagoon for turtles and stingrays afterwards.

5.00To do absolutely!! Even if we didn’t get into the water to see the whales (lots of swell for us), we could see them jump! And the other stops on top, swim with turtles, sharks and rays. We were able to stroke the lines too. Thanks to fred and the whole team for making our dreams come true. You are on top of the top!!!

5.00This experience requires a lot of deep water swimming and it was very worth it. (May not be for everyone though) After swimming and waiting we were able to see a mama and her calf…. the most amazing experience of my trip. Water was a little cloudy but we were in the presence of greatness.
