Fantastic very helpful setting it up. They communicated with the pick up and drop off location via WhatsApp. I’m not sure why there’s only one review on TripAdvisor and why it’s a bad one, but our experience was great. There are no pictures of the boat, but the boat was in good shape and it was big and they were probably 40 people on the boat and we were lucky enough to see three whales breach. We went on the morning 8:30 AM trip. The weather was good. This sea was flat, not many waves.

Despite the rough seas and weather conditions, we were able to see a whole pod of whales. Well worth the trip. A fun activity for the whole family.

Tour was very organized and professional. We saw multiple whales breaching and coming to the surface. Crew knew where to find them.

As my son said, “We saw a whale but at what cost?” 2/3rds of the boat was committing in a bag because the water was so choppy today. I’m not sure it was good to have gone ahead with the tour given the water conditions. So many people were not able to even get up to view the whale due to seasickness. The crew was very nice and accommodating. However, the water was probably not okay for a tour.

Great fun - we saw whales right away...a mother and baby humpback! I could have been longer though - just 90 mins.

I won’t recommend the whale watching by Cerulean. In the brochure it mentioned guaranteed can see the whale with 98% chance otherwise refund but with condition that 22nd Dec to 6th Jan, no refund. We were so confident that we will see the whale based on this but unfortunately after 3 hours of very rough sea ride with both my dad and mother in law extremely sicked with the motion (dad vomited 3 times), we didn’t see any sight of the whale. The tour operator provided us a voucher to come back again for free, expiring in Apr 2019. What! We are not going to purposely take a flight again to Okinawa. The tour was not cheap and we felt being conned into this. Angry and disappointed.
