What To Expect

Join our 3.5 hour cooking class, starting with a vibrant local market tour, learning about Thai herbs and coconut milk preparation, cooking four authentic dishes—Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, Som Tam, and Mango Sticky Rice and then enjoying your meal with new friends, before ending with a unique white lotus folding workshop and receiving your certificate.

Really great experience! We started by walking through the market and learning about all the ingredients that are used in traditional Thai cooking. Then we came back to the kitchen and cooked every meal! Jeab was our teacher and she was so sweet, she was very patient and taught us all nicely step by step. The final meals were each so amazing and it was overall a really great experience. Highly recommend!

Though it is written to be 3 hours and a half, it lasts longer because we had fun and, Jenny, took care of us and made sure that we understood every dish. She explained to us how to use the proper techniques with the proper instruments. Also, the visit at the market in the morning, was actually very practical because as for myself, I've seen these ingredients being sold in my local city, but now that I've got to know them within Bangkok, I will be more comfortable to purchase them. Thank you so much!
