We booked the Salt Mines and were lucky to get Norbert as our guide, especially as we had mis-read the meeting time, Norbert rang and waited for us. Norbert also assisted another party who had mis booked their taxi and sicerted the bus to collect, exceptional service, that I don't think you would get very often. Narberth highlighted all the historical structures and history behind. Narbert was an amazing guide. making everything clear and entertaining and even sent us a whats app on things he would recommend, from shopping, gastro. hidtoricsl and even how we could access a free walking tour on the history of Krakow, fantastic, thank you Norbert. Little sceptical on visiting Salt Mines due to mixed reviews and so glad we did it was phenomenal, the engineering alone was impressive but the cavers. hand carved statues, monuments and Churches. spectacular

We just returned from visiting the salt mines. An amazing experience. The history of the mines were so interesting. 750 years old. Our guide at the mines, although polish, spoke and delivered the guide in perfect English. Norbert, who was the lovely young man who was our guide on the bus was such a gentleman. We got confused about our pick up point for the tour, and both viator and Norbet made such they waited at the pick up point before they departed without us. Thank you Norbert and drive for waiting.
