You'll learn about our story—how Miron Winery began, the inspiration behind our wines, and our approach to winemaking. 2.Guided Wine Tasting Settle into our cozy tasting room or outdoor terrace (weather permitting) for a guided tasting of carefully selected wines and brandy. Each tasting is accompanied by detailed explanations of the wine's profile, the story behind it, and how it reflects our terroir and philosophy. Each wine is paired with a homemade platter of cheeses, cured deli meats, and fresh-baked sourdough bread. 3.Winery Tour Step inside our small-scale production area, where we will explain the winemaking process in detail—from grape selection and fermentation, to barrel aging and bottling. 4.Shop Our Wines and Grape Juice After the tasting you’ll have the opportunity to purchase bottles of your favorite wines.
