Miroslava was very knowlegdeable and pleasant. She shared with us Czech history before, during and after WWII. Since she herself lived through the time of Communism, her personal stories really brought everything together.

It is very interesting learned a lot about the Nazi occupation during the war. Just know this is a fully outside tour and when we went it rained and was chilly!

We met Hubert at 10am outside 'The World of Franz Kafka' and discussed an outline of the tour ahead. Hubert is one of the top guides with vast experience of hosting tours and travelling overseas to Guides Conventions so we were very lucky he was free to show us around. His English is superb too and nicely paced. A Saturday tour suited us which meant some of the Jewish venues were closed to the public and that was perfectly understandable. We started with the nearby Astronomical Clock and went on to a vast number of interesting venues and facts. My wife's wish to see the Petschek Villa (The Last Palace) was no problem and we learned how to use the Metro to get there and back, thanks to Hubert. The Petschek Villa is now the US Ambassador's residence so long distance photos best ! Czech police were understanding due to Hubert's explanations. Back in the 'city centre' our tour continued in Wenceslas Square with detailed explanations on the evolution of Czechia and its' revolutions and resistances, many with Hubert's own personal and very interesting stories. We ended with a visit to the 'Anthropoid' Crypt where we heard about the WWII assassination of SS general Heydrich and the ensuing search for his brave Czech assassins and their fellow soldiers in hiding. Hubert is passionate about his country and city and we were enriched by his expertise and experiences. A great day ! We have also ordered the Bluray of the 2016 movie now !
