What To Expect
Bid farewell to the setting sun with a 1 ½ hour Sunset Cruise of Wrightsville Beach and surrounding islands. The evening sunset tour is one of the best times to view bottlenose dolphins. Relax and have drinks with friends and family while making memories that will last a lifetime . Shamrock is a spacious , cruising vessel designed for fun. 5.00Captain Cameron was amazing! He was funny, knowledgeable, accommodating and laid-back. He is very much a people person. Dolphinately loved his corny jokes! At the halfway mark he dropped us off and allowed us to walk down the little sandy trail to a private beach. As the sun was setting on the way back, we started to spot dolphins and he did the best he could to get us close enough to them to get good pictures! Very happy we decided to come and do this experience for my 50th birthday. We got some beautiful pictures and the shared moment will be unforgettable! I absolutely recommend this tour!

5.00So relaxing on the Pontoon boat. A beautiful evening out with tons of dolphins swimming by. We saw one dolphin showing off by leaping out several times! We even saw a Bald Eagle fly by! Boat captain did a great job!

5.00What a wonderful experience! The weather all day was overcast and I really thought we made a mistake booking that day. Cameron called and said we were taking a smaller boat since there were only 5 of us. It was a pontoon with plenty of seating and room to stand and move around. He was an excellent guide, pointing out different landmarks along the way. About 10 minutes in, we saw our first dolphin. Cameron maneuvered so we got pretty close, only to see about 4 or 5 more dolphins. Cameron managed to follow them for quite a distance. About 15 minutes later, we found more dolphins, my guess would be at least 20. They were playing and jumping, we got some great pictures! Even better, the clouds broke and had a beautiful sunset! I would highly recommend this tour, friendly crew who went out of his way to give us the best experience we could get!

2.00This was advertised as a sunset, dolphin tour, but the dolphin was never mentioned, we certainly didn’t look for any dolphins, or did the captain seem to indicate anything about dolphins

4.00It was nice, the staff were great and kept the ride fun. Good music and a roomy boat, it’s not a dolphin tour just a sunset tour. They didn’t mention dolphins but the ride was still worth the price!
