What To Expect
Museo El Lencero
It is located 106 km. From the port to the center of the state, we will visit the former hacienda de Lencero, which was the home of former president Antonio López de Santa Ana, where furniture of the time and personal objects of this character in the history of Mexico are exhibited. Place surrounded by beautiful gardens, a lake and coffee plantations. We will continue a panoramic tour of the capital to see the main points of interest such as the Government Palace, the Cathedral of Monsignor Guizar and Valencia, the University area, the Paseo de los Lagos, the Callejón del Diamante.
Pueblo Magico Coatepec
currently named as the magical town of Mexico and nationally known for its high altitude coffee. For being at 1,250 meters above sea level. We will visit the orchid greenhouse, and exotic plants of the region, El café-Tal interactive museum to learn about the process and tasting, we will learn about the different types of coffee as well as entering the plantations considering the harvest season (Oct-Nov-Dec-Jan - and part of Feb.)

5.00We had three tours with Arena tours with Guillermo Macias as our guide. Guillermo is a retired archeologist/anthropologist with a great knowledge of local history and customs. It was amazing to have a guide with such in depth knowledge to show us the Veracruz area. A very knowledgeable guide and was respected by all the locals we met. Arena Tours we’re easy to deal with and reasonably priced.

5.00Excellent for the tour. They arrived very punctual for us at the hotel and from then on it was a trip full of history. Mr. Guillermo Macias, an archaeologist by profession, is an excellent guide and very professional. Careful with the car, with us and with the places we visited. Fully recommended.

Other tours were taken with equal satisfaction. I would definitely re-contract with Arena tours. Agency would be and responsible Thank you for the experience
