Beautiful park with underground river and lots of animals to observe. The site is well done but lacks rest space on the waterfront. However, the show is very long and redundant

Great communication initially then the day before when pick up times should have been confirmed we heard nothing despite multiple emails and messages both with the company directly and with viator. Called them on the day to be told my trip was cancelled due to the weather being bad. The weather was perfect all day?! Avoid this company as they appear to say this to most who book with them having read other reviews. They will also reply to your reviews to say they tried to contact you multiple times but they definitely do not!!

Awful customer service. Booked and paid for trip great communication to start then the day before when I was supposed to receive a pick up time silence! Emails, messages all ignored. Called on the day of to see what was going on only to be told the trip was cancelled due to weather issues at the park. This was a lie as the official bus had just picked up a load of people from my hotel. Avoid this company and book elsewhere

This was such a great experience and it is definitely worth doing, but it is expensive! We ended up adding the dinner to the evening show, which was very pricy but a good memory for the family. We also added the picture package, which was worth it. I recommend doing the plus package because you can access your locker as many times as you want and the locker/changing area is in the center of the park. The other lockers are at the front and it is a large park. The show was amazing and a great cultural experience for the family. The whole experience was wonderful.

We enjoyed XCARET! And are so glad we did the plus tour with transportation. We could have used an extra day to see it all. We had time to swim two rivers, see the birds, butterflies, aquarium, snorkel, and some of the villages. The show at night was the icing on the cake as was the buffet dinner at Yucatán where we got lucky with the timing for an equestrian show. We ate an a la carte lunch at a restaurant on the beach which worked out for us. We would do this again!

It is a must to go to Xcaret if you go to Cancun. We stayed in the hotel zone so buy tickets on the official website with transportation and food included which I highly recommend. It included 1 buffet meal in any of its restaurants. We ate at the restaurant Veracruz what is amazing. Of extra activity we did the Star Trek, including my 8-year-old boy. All very well. My only complaints about this park is that if you don’t hire the photo package, which we didn’t do for the expensive and that we like to take our own photos, but we happened that the xcaret employee of those who are wearing yellow, hoarded a place to take photos to a family and by hoarding I mean what didn’t matter that we spent 15 minutes standing there waiting to take our photo and kept taking photos and photos with different poses, until it seemed like a quinceañera, until how much better we left. It cost us the same as those people to enter, and it felt very inconsiderate and impolite of them. Not for not buying the photo package you are a second class visitor. Dismal attitude. Another complaint would be that it happened to us 2 times what we could not find the bathrooms and there was no employee nearby to ask. I think with so much they get paid they could and should have more employees inside the park to help visitors.

One of the best experiences I've ever had ever!! We enjoyed floating through the underground rivers. The animal exhibits were gorgeous, the show was spectacular and the food was amazing. I just cannot say enough positive things about this place. I definitely hope to return!

We did the full day visit, swam the length of the river - such a great experience, when you get out the other end the carribean sea welcomes you, plenty of hammocks to relax in while you get your bearings, we ate in the restaurant there overlooking the sea - just epic, food was pretty decent. Explored the rest of the park, day of the dead celebrations were starting so it was buzzing and so much to see and do. We went into the evening spectacular show and it was incredible ! Like the opening ceremony of the olympics ! Just incredible
