What To Expect
It takes about one hour by car from the airport to the city. Pleased kindly note that the price is for one way airport transfer, either from airport to the hotel or from hotel to the airport. If you require round trip airport transfers, you may book another transfer from the same page. Airport pick-up service: Driver picks you up at the airport at your flight arrival time, holding a sign with your name on it, and transfers you to the hotel. Airport drop-off service: Driver picks you up from your hotel at an appointed time, and transfers you to the airport. You are suggested to arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance. Vehicle types: 5 seats car for 1 to 3 passengers 7 seats car for 4 to 5 passengers (Buick GL8) 14 seats car for 6 to 9 passengers If you have special requirement for the vehicle type, please let us know in advance.

5.00We did two transfers with them: one from the airport to our hotel and the second from our hotel to the high speed train station. Both times the drivers were available when we arrived and had a sign with our name. The driver that took us to the train station even helped us into the station and showed us where to go for our tickets. We found that very few people in Xi'an speak English and getting around can be chaotic and confusing so it was very reassuring to have such polite and helpful drivers. It made for a very pleasant and stress-free experience.
