  We went on a sunrise tour at Borobudur & after we visited Prambanan. The sunrise at Borobudur was breath taking, one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed. On the way to Prambanan our driver/guide also told us a lot about both tempels, but also about other things like fruits and anything we wanted to talk about. We also made a few stops on the way. We got way more out of this trip then we could have ever imagened and I would definitely recommend to book your (customized) tour with Alga Lova Tour.

  Thanks for an interesting cycling tour allowing us to see (and taste!) tofu being made, educating us about stingless bees and getting to taste their unusual honey, and getting the opportunity to taste and make emping from the melindjo-nuts. Our arrival was a bit delayed, but they were very accommodating to make sure we got all sites in a quicker version of the tour. We also felt safe cycling as each crossing one of the guides on a scooter made sure to stop traffic so we could safely cross. Would definitely recommend!

  We took a 3-days tour to discover Yogyakarta (Sultan Palace, Luna Cafe, water castle, batik factory, silver factory ) and its surroundings (Borobudur and Prambanan temples, bike tour near Prambanan, Nepal Van Java). We were able to fully experience what Yogyakarta has to offer with a local and authentic view…all of it at a reasonable price. Our driver was amazing (caring, helpful, anticipating our needs, safe and efficient driving). We highly recommend him…so if you book a tour, ask for Munir as driver!

  Excellent 2-day tour with Alga Lova Tour that we highly recommend. Alga was patient with me in organizing the tour including Borobodur, Prambanan, Sultan Palace, Water Castle, Gota Gede and a MUST, their cycling tour which the whole family adored. Sarj was a great guide, very knowledgeable and a good story-teller. He brought us to more local restaurants as requested and stopped along the way to have us taste salak. Don’t hesitate to use this agency.

  From the beginning, August was an amazing communicator. He responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner, even when I texted him at two in the morning, my bad! In addition, we needed a suggestion for something to do in the middle of our day and he came up with a fascinating bicycle ride. We were picked up at our hotel, went to Borobudur temple, stopped at a Luwak coffee house, then went on an amazing bike ride out in the country where witness the process and participated in Indonesian cracker making out of a berry, tofu making, stingless, bees, and rice patty working. From there, we went to Prambana Temple and to a fabulous place for dinner. After dinner, we saw the Indonesian ballet about Ramayana ballet. It was a crazy long day but it went fast! And definitely without! Alga is the man for you if you have stamina and interest. Even if you don't have stamina Mena out spending a day with him would be a worthwhile experience!

  Amazing service. Mr Alga kindly arranged onward train tickets as well as a driver and tickets for attractions. He even went so far as to collect the tickets and give them to us at Prambanan. Our driver (Munir) was on time, polite, kind and extremely helpful ensuring my family had a wonderful day. I thoroughly recommend them.

  Responsible and friendly guide. Careful driver. Munir was attentive and knowledgeable. The boss Alga was very responsive and knowledgeable. They were both a great team and it made our trip memorable. Whole trip was very smooth and we managed to visits all the places we wanted with the time frame. Well done team Alga! Highly recommended!

  Our trip around the Borobudur Temple was great! Our driver Jecky looked after us well and was happy to accommodate our spontaneous requests to go out to eat or take photos of the landscape. The entrance to the temple was completely organized for us and everything went smoothly.
