  Jose was amazing, would book with him again! We originally booked a different tour that was cancelled morning of and we reached out to Jose last minute to get added to his group. He was very accommodating and flexible, went above and beyond to get us on the trip and he was kind the whole way. Took us to the best waterslide spots and gave safe clear instructions! Also takes lots of photos and videos for you, has waters and brings you to a local spot afterward for a quick bite. He was so friendly and made our day awesome!

  We had an absolutely amazing experience with our tour guide! He was incredibly kind, respectful, and extremely patient with everyone in our group. From the very beginning, he made sure we all felt comfortable and confident by clearly explaining what to expect at every step of the tour. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and it made a huge difference in how much we were able to relax and enjoy the experience. Thanks to him, everything felt smooth, safe, and well-organized. We truly had a fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend!

  Joey was exceptional. I have traveled extensively, and working with him truly stood out. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and incredibly responsible throughout our time together. He was always prompt and very respectful, and his communication was excellent. His English is amazing, and he shared that he used to live in New York, which made everything even easier.We enjoyed working with Joey so much that we ended up reserving a large private tour for our group. He made a real difference in our experience and elevated the entire trip. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We will come back and work tour with Joey again!

  Excellent experience. Just my wife and I and our guide. Bring sneakers you don’t mind getting dirty. The walk is muddy. Bring water shoes with good grip on the bottom as the rocks on the waterfalls are very slippery. 10/10 I would do it again. I highly recommend

  DO NOT chose this tour. Very short tour, even if it claims 6hour long. You will only spend 2 H in water slides. Nothing else. Very regret to join this tour. My plan was totally ruined. I will have to wait for next time to have a real tour of Yunque.

  This tour was VERY DISAPPPOINTING. Before the tour, I had a high expectation to see the famous waterfalls. However, the guide only took us to 2 water slides, very close to each other. Although it is listed CLEARLY on page that "El Yunque Adventure Hiking, River Slides, WATERFALLS, Beaches" . We spent 2 hours at the river slides and then was brought to a local restaurant and a public beach, where was the end of the tour. How comes a forest tour ends at a restaurant and free public beach? You must join in tour group with MANY reviews, but only 3. There must be a reason for that. With similar or even lower cost, you will tour rain forest much longer, see waterfalls, historic sites and bird view of forest. That was what my friend experienced.

  Amazing! Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and respectful. The hike was very scenic and both parts of the river were beautiful. To top it off we ended the trip with some lunch on the beach :)

  We got picked up from San Juan. He was very kind and gave us so much information on the island. Our Tour guy provided us with bottled water, and life jackets making sure we were ok durning the whole experience. . He took so many pics and video for our group and sent them to us right away. We would Definitely recommend him as a tour guide. After the waterfall he got us finger food and some delicious tostones, and took us to the beach. 10/10 experience.. Would absolutely do this again.

  Jose picked us up at our set pick up spot in San Juan. Great, funny, personality. He provided us with bottled water, jokes, and a great time. Took so many pics and vids for us. Definitely someone you’d love as a tour guide. After the waterfall he got us finger food and some delicious tostones, and took us to the beach. 10/10 experience.. Would absolutely do this again.
