What To Expect
Krakow
The tour begins with a transfer from Krakow to Zakopane. You will be picked up by your guide and, along the way, immerse you in the unique culture, traditions, and stories of the Podhale region. A scenic journey from Krakow to Zakopane, where breathtaking mountain views unfold with every mile will take around 2 hours.
Chocholow
On the way to Zakopane, you’ll pass through the traditional wooden village of Chochołów, known for its nearly identical wooden houses. The settlers follow a long-standing tradition of washing the wooden walls with soapy water twice a year, before Christmas and Easter, which keeps even the oldest buildings looking new. The village lies just 500 meters from our southern neighbor – Slovakia.

5.00Great trip - we loved Zakopane and the spa. Good and clear instructions, Bart was very patient as a couple on our group kept being late. Bart kept in contact all the time. Good value for money and thoroughly recommend the tour. We would have loved longer in both Zakopane and the spa but we only had 1 day so this was perfect for us.

4.00BART was excellent. He assessed the situation and the fact that it was a public holiday and amended our schedule to suit our needs. He was very accommodating to all the needs of the group even though we had a couple that forgot the time that we needed to meet. Bart was very chilled and knowledgable about our tour destinations. Always happy to elaborate with an explanation of what we ask.
