We were greeted at our hotel right on time by Simba, our driver, and Thelma, our guide for the Zimbabwean side of the falls. Both were warm, welcoming, and professional, and Thelma’s knowledge made the experience as she answered all our questions. We loved the unexpected stop at the Big Tree on our way to the falls. Once we crossed to the Zambian side, we were handed over to Mike the driver and Mike the guide, who continued to look after us brilliantly. The entire experience was exceptional. The Victoria Falls is truly breathtaking, and exploring them in a private tour with well‑informed guides made all the difference. Be aware that the tour includes a substantial amount of walking. Around five miles in total along paved paths with steps and inclines. Obviously, it’s very wet throughout. For us, this was the perfect way to fully appreciate the falls, but it may not suit everyone. Make sure you come prepared with sturdy, non‑slip footwear and waterproof clothing.

The whole experience was seamless - all drivers and guides were timely, kind, and informative of cultural history between Zimbabwe and Zambia. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves and asked lots of questions. Best to have the Kaza Univisa to move more easily between countries. Would recommend!

Tour guides helpful and informative. Tour well organized, including the crossing to Zambia. Visiting Zambia side is a great opportunity to experience Zambia, including the walk across bridge. Definitely recommend visiting both sides of the Falls.

Wonderful experience. Guides were excellent. Be aware the cost does not include the park fees totalling 70 dollars per person if you are from the USA + any tips to drivers and guides!!! we spent 4 hrs which was very adequate. bring water as it can get hot. you will walk up to 4.5 to 5 miles.

I loved the Zambian side but could not do the Zimbabwe side. Even if you could get the Zimbabwe visa you need a multiple entry for Zambia, and this should be mentioned within the guide. I was not refunded the Zimbabwe portion of the tour which was disappointing. On the Zambia side the water was low so while it was still beautiful I would come back in April or May.

Knowlegable and very pleasant tour guides. Attended to all our needs including assisting with some immigration issues. Recommend to all travellers to see the Falls from both sides, even though crossing the border requires time and lots of patience!

Great experience! The team is knowledgeable and courteous, and they made the whole experience seem less and easy from going through the parks to getting through immigration - thank you!

This made it so easy to see everything and get all the info. It could be difficult to navigate things like immigration otherwise, but the team was amazing!
