3.00Driver tried to switch our excursion from zip lining to a shopping and rum tour. Zip lining was good. Tour operator was very responsive and communicated regularly about our tour.

5.00Our personalized service was outstanding. Samuel picked us up at the port and took us to the zip line in Honduras. He explained a lot of the history of the area and gave recommendations that we found very helpful. He took us to a coffee and ice cream place along with a chocolate shop. We enjoyed our visit and new experiences!

5.00This was an experience of a lifetime. The zip line "monkeys" were terrific, making us feel safe and secure. As if that wasn't great enough, we got to hold and play with real monkeys and sloths. Our guide was amazing! Take the whole family 🐵🦥

5.00Our driver and guide Manual did an excellent job! I am disabled and he assisted the entire time of of our tour. I would recommend using him again. We both enjoyed our time with the monkeys, sloths and macaws. My wife thought that the zip line was excellent!

5.00We had an amazing experience with Personalized Tours Roatan and Samuel Mejia! 🚐✨ Instead of being packed into a big tourist van, we had our own private car with great AC, making the day super comfortable. The tour was completely customizable, which made it easy and stress-free. We spent a wonderful morning zip-lining and then visiting the zoo, where we got up close with monkeys, sloths, and tropical birds. 🐒🦥🦜 Samuel knew exactly where to take us and gave us plenty of options along the way—he really knows the best spots on the island! As a family with four kids, we appreciated how smooth and enjoyable the whole process was. We’ll definitely book again on our next trip to Roatan! Highly recommend!

5.00If I could rate our tour guide, Samuel, a 10/5 I would. He was in contact with me before the trip and while we were headed to him. He took us anywhere we wanted to go and was SO MUCH FUN!!! He stopped at all the photo spots and took our pics. He was worth booking! We felt completely safe the whole time. Ziplining was fun and the little monkey was hilarious. Kind of bummed that we didn't get to hold a sloth but that was not the company's fault. The guys there were nice and respectful.

5.00This was our kids favorite excursion of our entire trip. Samuel was fantastic! He communicated instructions very clearly prior to meeting, was super informative, and told us all kinds of great history of Roatan on the drive to and from the zip lining and sanctuary site. He took us to a great chocolate shop, and one of the highest points on the island for some amazing views (which I didn’t even know we were going to get to do!). Highly recommend!

5.00Samuel and his crew took care of us all day, the zip-lining was crazy fun. The kids were making fun of dad being a chicken. They were long and high. The highlight though was the Sloth and Monkey encounters. The monkeys climb all over you and the sloths are so cute and friendly. If we are event back down that way we will be sure to do this tour again. Thanks so much.
This is NOT a private tour and long wait times and you DO NOT get to hold any animals despite what your operator says

1.00This was supposed to be a PRIVATE tour. However once we got to the zip lines our group of 8 was added to a group of 22. We waited in huge lines for everyone to finish on zipping at a time. It took FOREVER. Then they added 4 more people to our group of 30. We headed to hold sloths and monkeys, which was false advertising. We were in communication with our tour guide prior to our excursion where we asked multiple times and confirmed that we would be able to hold monkeys and slots which every time he said yes guaranteed. However, that was not the case. This excursion is just entrance into a zoo and although it claims multiple times that you will be able to hold the animals you do not. We reached out to our tour guide and explain to him what it happened and our disappointment and he said there’s nothing he can do about it. He completely lied to us and I would not go with this company ever again. False advertising. And a waste of our day at this port.

5.00Dexter was phenomenal. If you have a family and small kids I highly recommend this tour. The pricing includes zip line and the animal sanctuary. The small location is family owned. The guides made my son who has anexity feel so comfortable. Until he got the hang of it they zip lined with him attached to one of them. After the first part our driver offered others suggestions of thing we could do. We went to eat at a local place called George’s on the beach and it was so good. I recommended the jerk chicken. We ended the day with a tour of the local chocolate factory (free) and ATV ing. This was 65 a person. My kids had the best day and still talk about it. Many places don’t take card so if you have cash being extra.
