5.00I had a great experience. I usually do not like massages, but I am happy I tried this one and really enjoyed it. I booked only an hour in advance, but the driver still arrived on time to pick me up for the Cleopatra program (1 hr incl massage, steam and sauna). I cannot find anything to complain about. You should not expect a fancy or modern building, but the most important part for me was the massage itself. It used a very different technique than anything I have ever experienced before. From driver to masseur every one was polite and through out smiling and welcoming. My only recommendation to receptionist is that be could be a bit more polite and attentive. A bit rough guy. But having said that it didn’t impact overall quality of service.
