This place is OUTSTANDING . Having spent the last two years battling cancer, I came here for POST CANCER treatment by attending their Ayurveda Detoxification and Rejuvenation programme. It was a life changer. They taught me how to heal my body from the inside and out, and also how to heal my mind and soul. I came here stressed and exhausted, and left totally energised and with the tools I need to help me do my best to prevent a recurrence. They treat everyone as one of their own family, it’s a friendly and inviting atmosphere at all times. The teaching is superb, the treatments exceptional, the food is incredible and importantly, the beds are comfy! I highly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a life style or a way forward which is vibrantly healthy inside and out, after gruelling cancer treatments… Well done Nepal Yoga Home!

I have done two weeks Ayurveda detox which is absolutely amazing. Detox with yoga and meditation help m to release all of my physical and mental doxic. I enjoyed the every therapy. Ayurveda doctor is caring for every problem and therapist were well trained.

My experience at Nepal Ayurveda Home far exceeded my expectations. The accommodation is clean and beautiful, the therapists are knowledgeable and professional, but the care and love taken by the management and hospitality team will be the reason that I return. I left, after 16 days, lighter In mind, body and spirit. I plan to spend time here every year as part of my well-being strategy. Highly recommended. Thank you and namaste.

Some moments will be with us forever in our lives and our hearts. Being at Nepal Yoga Home for two weeks has changed me. I know I still have a lot to understand from this experience, but I leave Nepal with a second home. A beautiful family with a huge heart. We were so well received, the activities are wonderful. Each class is a new discovery. I'm going home already thinking about going back to this amazing place.

I really love this Nepal Ayurveda Home. Here they give the opportunity to undergo an Ayurvedic detox in combination with yoga and procedures. Shirodhara, massage and sauna is fantastic, everyone should try it in their lifetime. I recommend trying it here. Because here everything is very clean on the energetic and physical plane. Delicious vegetarian treats every day. You feel full of positivity because all the people here are relaxed and happy. Everything unnecessary simply disappears, and in return for this you are filled with pure energies in a very beautiful place!

After certified yoga teacher training course i sign up for two weeks Ayurveda detox course which is really amazing. I got daily massage and many other additional Ayurveda therapy. The master detox Virechana really cleanse my belly. After detox I am feeling I am being more young and healthy.
