Dress warm during the winter months the views from top deck are great. The ocean liners at port are huge. Never seen ships up close that large.

I enjoyed the ride. The food was good but service could have been better. We were told they only had 1 thing for dessert by our waitress. Then we saw others getting something different. Another waitress told us that yes they had the 2nd dessert. Asked for it and was then told later they were out and presented a 3rd options. All options should be presented at the beginning so people can choice what they want, not have something forced on them. Our original waitress disappeared and never showed back up. When serving us she acted like she did not want to be there

Boat is old. Carpets were really worn. Food was just ok. Vegetables were over cooked, chicken was undercooked, fish had no flavor. There was not a variety of desserts. Server was ok. The music was good. If food was better, it may have been worth the charge.

It was very pleasant and entertainment was great. It was very much worth the money. Would like to do again in warmer weather.

This was so bad, I had to write a review. My wife and I booked this event for Black Friday, 11/28/25. The orderly way they board passengers was nice, but it went South quickly from there. 1) As soon as my wife sat down, she noticed that her bread plate had stuck food to it. The server replaced the plate, but it took him forever to get back to our table after getting our drink orders, which were never delivered, I might add. 2) Once the buffet line opened, I was surprisingly disappointed with the lack of selections. However, trying to make the best of it, I kept an open mind. 3) EVERY ONE of the dishes on the buffet line was either cold or at room temperature. Are you kidding me? Did they not heat them up before putting them on the line? The shrimp and grits were actually cold. The prime rib was room temperature and tasteless. My wife and I were so mad, we decided to leave the vessel before it set sail at 7:00 pm. In sum, we never got the drinks we ordered, the food was tasteless and not hot, as a matter of fact, not even warm. The server had a great number of tables he was servicing, and we never saw him again after he brought our salads, which, I must comment, he brought one serving of dressing for two salads. I thought it was a mistake, but I saw other tables only getting one serve of salad dressing for two salads. Mind you, I am not picky, but Golden Corral looked like a fine-dining establishment compared to this place. This was the ultimate disappointment for me, and I was incredibly offended that we paid over $100 for each person. I couldn't wait to get off the boat and was delighted we were able to leave before the boat departed. I usually don't bother with reviews, but this was the most disappointing meal I have had in years. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Great good but our server was slow and not attentive. Entertainment was good and I would go again and recommend

The food was good but I would have preferred an announcement that everyone would hear about food station is closing in 30 minutes or so. Didn’t get to eat proper food except the salad and rolls. It was our 28th wedding anniversary and we decided to do something different this year. We were taking pictures outside and touring the ship. Also, the kind of music played was okay but it can be divided in an hour each. Live music and then DJ sounds that can engage everyone. The Dj sound was played just few minutes before we ducked. Thought I could drive down again soon with friends, but the music part should do better. We drove in from Atlanta. Can something be done to make it better????
