Since then, many Yogis got their initiation and many of them enlightened in this land. Join our a Certificate granting course 200 hrs YTTC to Initiate yourself to Learn and deepen your sadhana all the aspects of yoga in the land where many yogis enlightened. In these 24 Days, You will not only learn and get certification for Yoga but also learn massage and singing bowl healing. As a part of Karma Yoga, You will get opportunity to go in village with our team and help and heal many villagers/Farmers/women and old people at our projects “Healing for Humanity”, you will receive another certificate of appreciation from the local government offices.We give you opportunity to go trekking in the Himalaya for 3-5 days with certified trekking guide and Yoga Teacher.So, this is not just a yoga teacher’s training.

In 2024, I flew from Thailand to study a yoga teacher training course with Amarit, who has a Master's degree in yoga. Amrit built his Yogastali on the hill and runs three health spas in the city center. We trained at both locations. Amrit didn't only teach us yoga poses, but also the theoretical knowledge and spiritual aspect of yoga. I am Christian and I was comfortable with spiritual yoga experiences (singing, chanting, and meditation) during the course. Nepali food is very delicious. Nepali people are friendly and good at English. This was a one-month experience I will remember for the rest of my life.

I did the cleanse plus Ayurveda massage package before my yoga teachers training started and I totally believe that this cleanse allowed me to fully receive the yoga teachers training. Through the YTT, I also trained in Ayurveda massage. Not only are the staff very professional and knowledgeable, they are very accommodating and caring. They care so much for their guests. Highly recommend them!
