Take the amazing view of the city, Cape Spear and Atlantic Ocean Then we drive towards the Battery to chain rock, where a chain was put across the harbor during WW 2 ,to prevent the German U-boats from entering the harbor

5.00Where do I begin. The whole tour was the best! We were picked up on time at the pier in St John's and taken to several spots in the area including: Cape Spear & Lighthouse* / Petty Harbour* / downtown St John's showing Jelly Bean Row, a neighborhood with colorful houses plus great spots to visit or dine / Signal Hill & Tower* / and Quidi Vidi Village. (*= 3 best spots for me) The tour was over 3 hours and we got back to our ship with much time to spare. Our guide, David was great! He gave us all the time we needed and was very informative. So much better (and less expensive) than a ship sponsored tour with too many people.

5.00Great trip through the St. John’s area including lighthouses, small fishing villages and historic areas. Beautiful! Jellybean Tours was the provider. Local owners Jeff and Dave were at pier side with an identifying sign, and Jeff was an excellent guide and driver. Transportation was a Mercedes van that was clean, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend this tour and this company.
