The tour last about 5 hours, plus the time(2 hours) to get out of airport and the time(2 hours) to catch flight, so it requires at least 9 hours layover time(between two flights) to make this tour happen.
Visa Process: 1) Arrive in Beijing and get off the plane. 2) Follow signs to baggage claim, then you will find China immigration inspection. 3) Apply 24-144 hours visa(fill out a long white form beforehand) 4) After get visa, walk back to the regular line for immigration clearance. 5) Walk outside baggage claim to find your driver. 6) Driver will hold your name sign outside baggage claim.
If you are not able to go through customs for any reasons, please take your own responsibility. There is no refund for the same day cancellation
Your guide or driver will hold your name paper and pick you up if you would stay in a hotel in Beijing city or close to the PEK airport.

What To Expect
Mutianyu Great Wall
You will be picked up from your hotel/PEK airport at your selected pick up time. Then you will be taken to the most popular Great Wall section in Beijing-Mutianyu Great Wall. After arrive at Mutianyu Great wall, you can either hike up or use the most popular way to go up to the wall by cable or toboggan chairlift(this is a option at your own cost). After about 2 hours visit or so (you can decide to stay on the wall longer or shorter depending on your energy), then drive back to your hotel/ PEK airport. Lovely tour ends.

1.00I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the terrible experience I had on the tour booked through Viator. The whole thing was a complete disaster from start to finish. The supposed guide was also the driver, and he barely spoke English, provided almost no useful information, and the schedule was a total mess. The driver/guide only wanted to rush everything, making decisions without informing us, badly managing the timing. He even asked me to be ready earlier than the time agreed in the app. The worst part is that he didn’t even accompany me during the visit. Instead, he stayed in the car waiting about 2 km away from the entrance because he was too lazy to park closer and wait through some traffic. Worst of all, as a driver, he was awful — driving dangerously, ignoring traffic rules, and making everyone feel unsafe at all times. This was not only unprofessional but outright reckless. I am deeply unhappy with both the local company organizing this nightmare and Viator for allowing such poor services to be offered on your platform. This experience has ruined my trip, and while I may consider not booking through Viator again, I expect some explanation or response, as it is unacceptable to be charged that amount for such a terrible tour. You need to seriously reconsider who you partner with, or you risk losing more customers.

5.00The booking was simple. Communication with the operator was efficient and seamless through out the process, and execution of the activites was spot on. Moreover, Shane my tour guide and would easily see as a friend if I had more time in China was amazing. He guided my on two separate visits to china during my two week vacation throughout South East Asia. Knowledgeable, funny, and really enthusiastic to share all the wonders of his country. It made my solo traveling feel as if I had plan a visit to come see an old friend in China!!! Great time!! I reccomend this group to help schedule an amazing adventure in 🇨🇳!!!
