The driver was very skilled, calm, punctual, friendly and service minded which was crucial in the chaotic traffic situation and the difficulty of getting around and finding his own way. The car was safe, fresh and spacious with well-functioning air conditioning and wifi. The driver arranged a cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday on his own initiative-amazing! The guides were very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs and interests. It was smooth and efficient when the guide got tickets and showed the smartest ways to absorb the beautiful sights and shops and restaurants at any time of the day. Great value! The only thing we didn't like was when the guides took us to restaurants and shops/craft places where they probably got commission and where the quality was good but the prices were at least double that in shops with fixed price in town. We didn't have to buy anything and could say no to this but the feeling of being cheated partly ruins the holiday.

What an indescribably great trip. Driver and guide were perfect. The driver D.K was prudent and safe, the car perfectly clean and very tidy. We were fed with plenty of water and snacks. Our German speaking guide Mukesh Sharma was the best. We learned a lot about historical backgrounds, saw everything we wanted to see in addition, Mukesh had great tips, good restaurant choices and was super organized. We did not have to queue, all admissions were regulated in advance, he gave us recommendations on tips and negotiated for us at one point or another. Mukesh and D.K. are an incredibly pleasant and very perfect team. If we come back to India, we will definitely book the two again. We can really recommend them without restriction.

The trip was fantastic, have seen the main sights in all three cities. Thanks to driver and all the guides. They are all very warm people with lots of knowledge! The guide showed us very nice views of Taj Mahal, which was great for taking pictures. We already had our hotels booked - so we took the option without the hotels.

We had a great trip - all our guides and our driver met us on time every day, all were helpful, friendly and informative - Sinul in Delhi, Mahesh in Agra and Ashok in Jaipur. We were taken to all the important sights, and our entry tickets were sorted for us by the guides. There were a couple of long car journeys, but these cities are all quite a long way apart - the car used was clean and comfortable. We opted for 5-star hotels, and they were all great (eg Marriott, Hilton etc) - each one was modern and clean with great inexpensive restaurants which we used. I would use this company again !

Our four day tour across Jaipur, Agra and Delhi with PCTI was amazing. The organiser, Shakul, was responsive and gave us a clear itinerary including pricing which he happily adjusted to our needs, e.g. changing the starting location from Delhi to Jaipur. Our driver DK was always on time and took pride in making sure the car was clean and tidy, with water always available. The local tour guides, Surya, Himmat, Vijay and Dilib, were all incredibly knowledgeable and allowed us our own free time to explore and take photos at each location. 100% recommend.

Ive always travels for business in India and my wife has never visited. She wanted to go see the sights and we booked a quick trip. The care from the team was impeccable throughout the trip. DK, our driver, was hands down the best driver I’ve had in all my trips to India. Raj and Ashosh at the Taj and Jaipur was phenomenal with the history and I think they may have a second calling as professional photographers as well! I could have done without the Delhi tour but I think we were worn out with all the travel at that time. Thanks again for a wonderful trip!

My best friend and I just wrapped our tour and I couldn’t wait to post a review. I was honestly nervous about doing the golden triangle as I had read various different stories and experiences - so finding the right group to take us around was very important. I knew we had the right one when we landed. Our driver for the entire time, D.K. Was standing at arrivals with a smile waiting for us. When we got to the car he had welcome leis for us and took us to our first hotel- the Pullman. At the hotel, they treated us like royalty and we were able to relax and get ready for the next few days of travel. (We even got customers suits made while we were there - the tailor came to our room with fabrics and he had them back to us before we departed in the morning!!!) In Delhi, we saw all the important sites, and stopped at the Kashmir carpet factory where we bought some beautiful carpets to be shipped home. The ride to Agra is long but a beautiful scenic journey through the country side. The car was very comfortable, air conditioned, with WiFi and D.K. was an excellent driver! That night we were scheduled to do the Colorful Temple, this is not for the faint of heart. It is beautiful but crowded and intense in the evening. I opted out but my friend went and enjoyed it. Taj Mahal- obviously the highlight of our trip was phenomenal. And Agra Fort as well! Then we visited some shops and purchased some great finds including a ruby ring ( Star of India and my birthstone) that I will cherish. Side note: the shops have so many amazing things- wait until the final room. We made the mistake a couple of times of purchasing before they led us to a room with even nicer things. The drive to Jaipur is less scenic. We were definitely anxious to get to our hotel. The next morning, we went Tj the Amber Fort which is incredible. If we had the time we could have spent hours there. So much history, amazing views, etc. and then we went to artisan shops and saw demonstrations of the block painting craft. Most importantly, we learned a lot. The guides were experts in Indian history, astrology, and culture. I appreciated their honest takes on what was important to know and what people hype about but is either false information or just something people say to foreigners. All three guides were excellent! And D.K. was an amazing driver and host from the time he picked us up in Delhi to the time he dropped us off at Jaipur airport. Kudos to the entire team. They easily made adjustments when we needed. And were very accommodating- they arranged it so my ring once finished was driven from Agra to Jaipur so I had it before my flight. I highly recommend this tour.

I had a fabulous time on my 4 day private tour. My driver Uma Shankar took good care of me. His driving was certainly not for the faint hearted, and different to how we drive back home, but did not stand out as being different to other drivers in India. The guides in each city were excellent - knowledgeable, educated and personable, well mannered and fluent in English. Of course, there is much more to see than what can be covered in four days, but it is a great option for seeing the highlights if you are short on time as I was. In most of the places I didn't feel at all rushed. The photo stop at Jal Mahal was a long way away from it - it would have been nicer to see it from a closer viewpoint. Also I would have liked to have seen the inside of the city palace at Jaipur but I was told by my guide that it wasn't very interesting and they didn't recommend it - I think we just didn't have time. I was taken to restaurants for lunch every day. The food was great at all of them, and I didn't get sick, even though one in particular looked very dirty. The four star hotels were all good - clean and comfortable, with good buffet breakfasts included. The communication with the tour company via WhatsApp was good too. I loved visiting the Taj Mahal. Other highlights for me were the mirror palace at Amber fort, the four beautiful doors at city palace, and riding an elephant. As a solo female traveller I felt safe at all times.

Highly recommend this company. Communicating from UK with requests and queries regarding tour were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. All three tour location guides were pleasant, helpful, informative and spoke good English. Mr Singh in Delhi went out of his way when we requested a place to have hands henna decorated, even walked around carrying my handbag!!! Our driver Mr Harry, even though had limited speaking English understood our requirements and was a pleasure to travel with. All bathroom facilities on our travels to different locations were of a good clean standard. Hotel accommodation in Agra and Jaipur were good but the Hans in Delhi left much to be desired. All in all would definitely recommend this company for touring the Golden Triangle.
